My child struggles with executive functioning skills, and Colleen was able to build a plan that truly works for him. She’s relatable, funny, and makes the process enjoyable. Colleen is great at connecting with teens, meeting them where they’re at, and helping them find strategies that stick.

Working with Colleen is great. She is organized, a good listener and has lots of resources. She has many ways to help navigate your concerns. Colleen is highly recommended!

Colleen is an incredible coach. She brings a rare combination of authenticity, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the people she works with. She doesn't just "coach"—she empowers.

In Week 1, participants will build personal knowledge of executive functioning and its impact on their life. This is done with a self assessment, EF lessons, personal observations, parent/teen style quizzes, reflection and goal setting.

Weeks 2 & 3 focus on building executive functioning skills that speak directly to the personal needs of the teen. There are three pathways to choose from: working memory, time management and prioritization & organization. Focus is on developing routines, building habits and gaining confidence.

Week 4 supports the teen in developing a growth mindset. Often, executive functioning challenges can be frustrating and highly impactful on a teen's sense of self. This week's lessons start the conversation around limiting beliefs and how to alter those into a growth mindset.

{A licensed educator and executive function coach with over 25 years of experience working with teens. She's an expert in helping students and families build organization and self-management systems that stick.
Over time, Colleen realized that most parents were never taught how to support teens with executive functioning, and that schools rarely provide explicit instruction. Determined to bridge this gap, she created a comprehensive, side by side coaching program to support both parents and teens in this journey.
Families report smoother mornings, higher grades, and improved parent-teen communication within weeks of applying the strategies.

That is the intention! This course is designed to bring awareness to teens and create a safe space for them to learn new habits around executive functioning. By following the recommended coaching cycle, change will take place in manageable chunks, rather than giving them too much to digest at once.
The course is geared towards middle or high school students. However, depending on individual needs, upper elementary or early college students can definitely benefit from the lessons
No! You are welcome to complete the course at your own pace and on your own schedule. The purpose of the cohorts is to provide extra support and community for the 30 Day Reset Challenge.
Rather than giving participants the information and wishing them luck, this program is uniquely designed as a side-by-side coaching model, with supports for both the parent and the teen as you take it on!
